About the role
Devoteam is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead medium‑size projects within the energy sector. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that delivers digital transformation solutions across EMEA.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure effective and efficient management of scope, timeline, cost, and quality.
- Develop and maintain compliance with project plans, including execution, communication, risk management and mitigation.
- Align financial execution with overall project delivery.
- Manage relationships and maintain assertive communication with all stakeholders.
- Prepare project reports and management information to facilitate decision‑making.
Required profile
- Up to 10 years of experience as a Project Manager on medium‑size, moderately complex projects (mandatory certifications required).
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a productive environment and resolve bottlenecks.
