Project Manager & Business Analyst – Digital Transformation

About the role

Join Marsh's Digital Transformation team in Lisbon as a Project Manager & Business Analyst. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring that business needs are translated into clear, actionable specifications and delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and maintain traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor project activities across all phases, ensuring scope, schedule and budget alignment.
• Identify risks and issues early, propose mitigation actions and keep projects on track.
• Facilitate communication between business, technical and non‑technical participants.
• Track progress, validate deliverables against requirements and support solution testing.
• Prepare status updates, lead follow‑up meetings and maintain accurate project documentation.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Management, Finance, Data Science, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management.
• Experience in business analysis or requirements gathering is highly valued.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and organized working style.
• Native Portuguese proficiency and fluent English (minimum C1).
