Project Manager – Buildings

About the role

Quadrante is seeking a Project Manager for its Buildings Business Unit, based in Porto. You will lead national and international construction projects of varying scales, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage the various project specialties.
• Allocate resources efficiently, matching skills to project needs.
• Guarantee the technical quality of final deliverables.
• Maintain close relationships with clients or their representatives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or real‑estate project management.
• Proven ability to manage teams, timelines, and budgets.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Advanced level of English (mandatory).

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Proficiency in MS Project.
