Project Management Officer (PMO) – Imaging Business

About the role

The Project Management Officer (PMO) will support Philips' Imaging business within the healthcare sector. You will manage a dedicated departmental support process, organise and maintain documentation and technical data, and ensure business and customer needs are met. This field‑based role contributes directly to the execution of HealthSystems projects.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and organise departmental documentation, technical data and support processes.
• Assist project teams in the planning, monitoring and reporting of Imaging projects.
• Collaborate with a professional group of project managers to share best practices and industry trends.
• Ensure compliance with business and customer requirements throughout project lifecycles.
• Participate in on‑site activities, working at least three days per week at the company’s facilities or customer sites.

Required profile

• High school diploma plus active enrollment in university, college or vocational education (or equivalent).
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree, preferably in architecture, civil engineering or a related technical field.
• No prior professional experience required – entry‑level candidates are welcome.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written) and Portuguese.

• Basic understanding of project management principles.
• Effective communication in English and Portuguese.
