Project Management Officer (PMO) – Hybrid

About the role

We are looking for a Project Management Officer (PMO) to support a leading energy company in Portugal. The position is hybrid, allowing you to work both on‑site and remotely while contributing to the country’s energy transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop project plans aligned with objectives, resources, timelines, budgets and risk assessments.
• Monitor ongoing activities, track progress and ensure timely execution.
• Prepare and deliver periodic status reports to stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communication.
• Administer project tools and resources, ensuring they are available and up‑to‑date.
• Identify, analyse and proactively mitigate project risks.
• Recommend corrective actions when deviations occur to keep the project on track.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience as a PMO or Project Manager.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Management or Finance.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
