Project Management Associate – Portugal (Porto/Lisbon)

About the role

TUMO is seeking a Project Management Associate to work closely with the Executive Director of TUMO Portugal. The role supports the implementation of the annual strategy across its four centres in Coimbra, Lisbon, Porto, and Bilbao, blending strategic planning with hands‑on operational execution.

Key responsibilities

• Support the rollout and follow‑up of TUMO Portugal’s strategic priorities across all centres.
• Coordinate transversal educational projects that involve multiple locations.
• Provide operational and organisational assistance to local teams, including logistics and activity planning.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables and processes to ensure smooth execution.
• Contribute to data analysis, reporting, documentation and cross‑centre communication.

Required profile

• Early‑career professional passionate about education, social impact and project management.
• Comfortable moving between strategic planning and day‑to‑day operational tasks.
• Proactive, flexible and collaborative in a dynamic, multi‑site environment.
