About the role
The Document Controller will support the training function within a GxP‑regulated pharmaceutical environment, ensuring that training documents are created, reviewed and maintained to the highest compliance standards.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary document controller for training systems.
- Monitor periodic review cycles of training content and ensure timely updates.
- Collaborate with subject‑matter experts and trainers to develop new training materials and revise existing ones.
- Manage training transactions in SuccessFactors and ServiceNow.
Required profile
- 2‑5 years of experience in a GMP‑regulated pharmaceutical setting.
- Experience with learning and development processes and SOPs.
- Ability to work with multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to support operations during weekends, holidays and rotating shifts.
