Project Coordinator – Professional Services (Remote, Portugal)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading global technology organisation to find an experienced Project Coordinator to support their Professional Services team on a six‑month contract. Working remotely from Portugal, you will coordinate technology projects, professional services engagements and customer implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate Professional Services engagements from opportunity through delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales to understand requirements and define project scope.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings with internal teams and customers.
• Create project plans, Statements of Work, proposals and delivery timelines.
• Support commercial and contractual processes, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Act as central point of coordination between Sales, Professional Services, PMO and customers.
• Track project progress, identify risks and ensure milestones are met.
• Maintain project documentation and drive continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, PMO Analyst or similar role.
• Experience supporting technology, cloud, networking or IT infrastructure projects.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery lifecycles.
• Fluent English.
