Program Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead cross‑functional initiatives that boost service reliability and scalability. Based in Lisbon with a hybrid schedule, you will act as the bridge between technology, processes and governance, ensuring continuous improvement across our IT operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver multiple concurrent workstreams focused on IT resilience and operational excellence.
• Design and implement governance frameworks that align technology, process and financial optimization.
• Collaborate with production, application support and engineering teams to improve service reliability and scalability.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement using ITIL v4, SRE, DevOps and FinOps best practices.
• Report progress to senior leadership and manage stakeholder expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Program Manager or similar role.
• Strong background in IT production and application support environments.
• Fluent English (B2 level or higher); French is a plus.
• Based in Portugal or hold EU citizenship/valid Portuguese work permit.
