Production Team Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Production Team Supervisor to lead daily operations in our food and supplement manufacturing facility. The role ensures production targets, quality standards and safety procedures are consistently met while supporting a fast‑paced, growth‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities, ensuring targets, quality and safety are achieved.
• Coordinate and support production operators to maintain efficient workflow.
• Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Plan production schedules and keep accurate operational records.
• Manage material availability and inventory to support production needs.
• Report performance and issues to the Production Manager.
• Assist in training and onboarding new production team members.

Required profile

• Degree or technical training in Engineering, Industrial Management, Production or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Previous experience supervising or leading teams (preferred).
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced production setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Comfort with digital tools and technology.
