Production Supervisor – Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead daily operations in our food supplement manufacturing plant. You will ensure production targets, quality standards and safety procedures are met while fostering a proactive, ownership‑driven culture.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities, coordinating operators to maintain efficient workflow.
• Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Plan production schedules, keep accurate records and guarantee material availability.
• Report production performance and issues to the Production Manager.
• Support training and onboarding of new production staff.

Required profile

• Degree or technical training in Engineering, Industrial Management, Production or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Previous experience supervising teams (preferred).
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and leadership abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced production setting.
