Production & Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Production & Operations Manager to oversee daily production activities across our wood and ceramic workshops and external manufacturing partners. Working directly with the three founders, you will translate the company’s vision into efficient, high‑quality operations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between founders and workshop teams, ensuring clear communication of priorities and deadlines.
• Develop and maintain production schedules aligned with sales orders and project timelines.
• Coordinate daily activities across workshops, manage external suppliers and subcontractors as needed.
• Monitor workshop performance, capacity, and resource availability, driving efficiency improvements.
• Maintain Project 213A’s luxury‑furniture quality standards through regular inspections and issue resolution.
• Provide regular production updates, track key indicators, and support strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience in production or operations management, preferably in craftsmanship‑focused environments.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities with a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge management and production teams.
• Ability to analyze processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
• Commitment to high‑quality standards and continuous scaling of production capabilities.
