Production - Manufacturing Engineering Leader

About the role

We are seeking a Production‑Manufacturing Engineering Leader to join our Engineering/Maintenance department, focusing on plastic injection molding. The role will drive the launch of new projects with high plant impact and ensure the ongoing performance of mass‑produced products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project management and industrialization, coordinating cross‑functional teams from concept to mass‑production approval.
• Develop and maintain project schedules in partnership with Maintenance and other departments.
• Train supervisors, GAP leaders, and initial production teams on new processes and ensure proper implementation of production standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, organize efficiency workshops, and sustain productivity and reliability of existing processes.
• Validate new processes and product features, manage customer‑driven changes in collaboration with Business and Purchasing.
• Review and adapt factory layout, assess machine and space capacity to meet evolving demand.
• Conduct process risk analyses together with the Quality department.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) standards and compliance.
• Experience with SAP for data extraction and analysis.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Knowledge of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and control plans.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
