Product Quality Assurance Analyst – Portuguese Speaking (12‑Month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

The role is part of TikTok's EMEA AI Data Service and Operations (ADSO) team, responsible for ensuring user‑generated content complies with community guidelines. You will review a wide range of media, including images, video and text, and help maintain a safe environment for TikTok users.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily operational tasks such as quality inspection, guideline and process optimization, queue assignment and escalation handling.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to stay updated on guideline changes and provide feedback on implementation.
• Conduct daily audits, deliver error analysis and feedback to R&D and product managers.
• Monitor evaluator quality scores, perform root‑cause analysis and support management decisions.
• Record project data, prepare analysis reports and validate data shared with partners.
• Localise guidelines, design training schedules and coordinate go‑live activities.
• Deliver product and guideline training to new joiners and assist with knowledge‑test creation.
• Handle sensitive content, including child exploitation, violence and adult material, as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Experience with search engines, social media platforms or content moderation.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with flexibility.
