French AI Content Moderator – Lisbon

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking AI Content Moderator to join our Lisbon office. You will be responsible for reviewing AI‑generated dubbed video content, ensuring it complies with platform policies and community standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated video content in French for policy compliance and cultural relevance.
• Evaluate flagged items and make moderation decisions based on internal guidelines.
• Assess translation quality, cultural appropriateness and regional compliance.
• Identify and flag misinformation, hate speech, harassment or other policy violations.
• Escalate complex or high‑risk cases to senior moderation teams.
• Document moderation actions accurately in internal systems.
• Maintain productivity and quality targets while handling high volumes of content.
• Stay updated on policy changes and moderation best practices.

Required profile

• Fluent in French with excellent written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed guidelines.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced BPO environment.
• Ability to handle sensitive or potentially disturbing content.
• Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
