Procurement Specialist – Parts & Accessories

About the role

As a Parts Procurement Coordinator you will be responsible for sourcing and managing inventory of parts and accessories for one or more brands within the Moteo Group. Your work directly influences customer service experience and the financial performance of the company.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute procurement strategies in line with service level and stock value targets together with the Teamlead Procurement.
• Manage the end‑to‑end purchasing process, maintaining daily communication with suppliers and third‑party logistics providers.
• Handle administrative tasks such as cost price calculations, customs formalities and environmental declarations.
• Coordinate supplier exception management, acting as liaison between suppliers and Moteo country teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a purchasing department, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Strong analytical mindset and data‑driven decision making.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
