Procurement Operations Analyst – Manufacturing Partner Collaboration

About the role

The Procurement Operations Analyst will support HPE’s manufacturing partners by executing commodity and category strategies worldwide. You will work in a hybrid model, spending part of your week on‑site at an HPE office.

Key responsibilities

• Execute procurement channel and category strategies for internal projects and third‑party solutions.
• Coordinate purchasing activities with engineering, manufacturing, strategic procurement, and business units to maintain planned inventory levels and assure supply.
• Support supplier selection, negotiate contracts with low‑risk suppliers, and manage day‑to‑day supplier operations.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks, contribute to business continuity and cost‑management initiatives.
• Drive process improvements and support inventory management where applicable.

Required profile

• First‑level university degree or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in procurement or supply‑chain functions.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent in English and the local language.
