Process Technician

About the role

The Process Technician supports the Quality department by operating, calibrating, and maintaining key industrial processes. The role focuses on water‑treatment systems, blending operations, and clean‑in‑place (CIP) procedures while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate reverse osmosis (RO) systems and water‑treatment units such as activated‑carbon towers, UV light, and ozonation.
• Run the blending room and prepare chemical mixtures for CIP cycles.
• Troubleshoot process failures and perform corrective actions.
• Collect product samples for quality‑control testing and record pH measurements during CIP.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and ensure equipment calibration.
• Gather and analyze operational data from water‑treatment and RO equipment.
• Support pasteurization system operation as required.
