Process Engineer – Industrialization (Full-time)

About the role

As a Process Engineer (Industrialization) you will lead the development and implementation of industrialization processes for automotive electronics production, ensuring efficiency, quality and cost optimisation across new and existing lines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement process and product industrialization strategies.
• Define assembly concepts, product process flows and production‑line layouts while optimising floor space.
• Specify assembly equipment and engineering requirements for suppliers.
• Plan, build and launch new production lines within multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor and improve performance indicators such as OEE, FPY, FOR and IDC, driving continuous improvement and cost efficiency.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in industrialisation, production or manufacturing environments, preferably automotive.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and results‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary and intercultural teams.
• Good command of spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with 2D/3D design tools: Inventor, SolidWorks, AutoCAD.
• Understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Familiarity with industrial processes, equipment specification and production‑line setup.
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools (nice to have).
