Process Engineer – 2+ Years Experience

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a Process Engineer with at least two years of experience to support manufacturing of regulated medical devices. The role focuses on developing, optimizing, and validating processes that meet quality standards while improving yield and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and sustaining engineering support in a manufacturing area.
• Recommend and implement equipment and process modifications to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
• Integrate equipment and material capabilities to meet target specifications.
• Review product development requirements for compatibility with manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain on process design and transfer.
• Lead innovation, feasibility studies, material selection, tooling, and equipment installation for new manufacturing concepts.
• Develop and apply statistical process control methods and measurement systems.
• Ensure all processes comply with regulatory and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and cross‑functional collaboration.
