Customer Service Specialist – Export Sales Operations (Spanish/English)

About the role

Enovis is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Specialist to support international order management and logistics operations from its Global Business Technology Hub in Lisbon. The role involves coordinating shipments, handling customer and sales inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and respond to order‑related inquiries from customers and sales teams.
• Coordinate with distribution centers and freight forwarders to ensure timely shipments.
• Resolve complex order and delivery issues in collaboration with internal teams.
• Monitor shipments, backlogs and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Support inventory allocation, backorder prioritisation and generate reporting insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years experience in a customer service role, preferably in export or international trade.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (C2 level).
• Legally eligible to work in the EU and able to travel internationally.
• Available for fixed hourly shifts covering POR/US time zones.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, Salesforce and Agile.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, Teams.
• Basic knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms and customs procedures.
