Primary School Teacher (1st Cycle) – Substitute

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Primary School Teacher for the 1st Cycle to join ISP School on a substitution basis. The role involves planning, delivering, and assessing high‑quality learning experiences that support academic, social, emotional, and personal development in a safe and inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee the Primary academic programme, ensuring effective curriculum delivery and innovative, student‑centred teaching practices.
• Coordinate, mentor, and evaluate the Primary teaching team, identifying professional development needs and supporting ongoing training.
• Monitor students' academic, social, and emotional progress, implementing support strategies for diverse learning needs.
• Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians, participating in meetings, conferences, and school events.
• Prepare academic and performance reports, coordinate timetables, assessments, and ensure compliance with internal policies and educational regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Primary Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification or licence as required by local regulations.
• Minimum required years of teaching experience in Primary Education (exact number not specified).
