Music Education Teacher – Preschool & 1st Grade

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Music Education Teacher to plan, deliver, and assess high‑quality music learning experiences for preschool and 1st‑grade students. The role focuses on fostering academic, social, emotional, and personal development within a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee the music curriculum for early childhood and 1st‑grade classes.
• Deliver engaging, student‑centered music lessons and assess student progress.
• Promote innovative teaching practices and integrate music across the broader primary curriculum.
• Monitor academic, social, and emotional development of students and provide targeted support for diverse learning needs.
• Collaborate with the primary teaching team, mentor colleagues, and lead pedagogical meetings.
• Maintain effective communication with parents, participate in conferences, and address concerns promptly.
• Prepare reports, coordinate timetables, assessments, and ensure compliance with school policies and educational regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Primary Education, Music Education, or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification or license as required by local regulations.
