About the role

The Pricing, Promotions, and Revenue Senior Associate – Pharma works within a Consulting team to improve the customer experience for pharma and life‑science clients. The role combines analysis of customer touchpoints, design of journey maps, and delivery of data‑driven recommendations that increase satisfaction and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client needs and develop customer‑centric solutions that drive business growth.
• Design and map customer journeys to create seamless, personalized experiences.
• Apply analytical thinking and trend analysis to shape strategic recommendations.
• Manage sales funnels and customer‑engagement strategies to optimise revenue and client retention.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement business‑process improvements.
• Interpret data to provide insights aligned with broader business objectives.
• Uphold professional and technical standards while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Build meaningful client connections and foster teamwork to achieve project goals.

Required profile

• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Preferable studies in Computer Engineering, Information Cybersecurity, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or Computer Applications.
• Prior experience in pricing, promotions, revenue growth management, or related analytics, especially with pharmaceutical or life‑science clients.
• Experience within P&LS organisations or consulting firms.
• Strong analytical thinking and business‑process‑improvement capabilities.
• Experience in customer strategy and engagement.
