About the role

Join the vibrant team at Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico as a Pool & Beach Server. You will deliver exceptional service to guests enjoying the resort’s expansive lagoon‑style pool and beachfront area, creating memorable experiences in a stunning tropical setting.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests poolside and on the beach, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of pool and beach service stations.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down service areas for events and special occasions.
• Collaborate with the food‑and‑beverage team to coordinate orders and replenish supplies.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.

Required profile

• Friendly, guest‑focused attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, outdoor environment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of food‑and‑beverage service procedures.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a POS system.
