About the role

The Pool & Beach Runner position is part of the hospitality team at Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico, a premier ocean‑front resort managed by Pyramid Global Hospitality. The role supports the pool and beach areas, ensuring guests enjoy a safe, clean, and memorable experience in a stunning natural setting.

Required profile

Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service in a resort environment.
Comfortable working outdoors and interacting with guests of diverse backgrounds.
Ability to collaborate with housekeeping, guest services, and other resort departments.
