Polish‑Speaking Customer Support Representative – Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for Polish‑speaking Customer Experience Professionals with strong English skills to join our international team in Lisbon. You will provide high‑quality support across phone, email and chat, helping customers with post‑sales queries and contributing to a seamless customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, personalized support via phone, email and chat, documenting each interaction accurately.
• Ensure a smooth customer journey by understanding needs, resolving requests efficiently and following up proactively.
• Handle post‑sales inquiries such as order tracking, deliveries, warranties, returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds.
• Support inbound sales activities by identifying customer needs and recommending relevant products or services.
• Process customer requests, update order information and maintain CRM records with high accuracy and confidentiality.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native Polish (C1/C2) and good English (minimum B2).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities, positive attitude and customer‑centric mindset.
• Good problem‑solving and analytical skills, able to work in a target‑driven, dynamic team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests efficiently.
