About the role
We are looking for a bilingual Polish‑English Customer Service Representative to join our Lisbon team. You will assist Polish‑speaking customers while using English for internal tools and communication.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone, chat and email.
- Assist Polish‑speaking customers, using English for internal communication and tools.
- Resolve inquiries and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Required profile
- Fluent Polish language skills.
- Proficiency in English.
