About the role
Fancy helping customers in two languages while working remotely from Lisbon? This one's for you.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone, chat, and/or email.
- Assist Polish‑speaking customers, using English for internal communication and tools.
- Resolve inquiries and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Required profile
- Fluent in Polish.
- Proficient in English.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal.
What we offer
- Base salary plus a €100 performance bonus.
- Welcome bonus of €1,000 paid in 12 monthly instalments.
- Relocation package provided.
