PMO – Project Management Office (English/French)

About the role

Join Aubay Portugal as a PMO professional, supporting the operational management of large‑scale projects for leading organisations in banking, insurance, telecom and energy. You will work in a bilingual environment, collaborating with international stakeholders in English and French.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor workstreams, coordinate alignment across multiple teams and ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and facilitate governance committee meetings, consolidating progress, risks, issues and decision points.
• Produce and maintain essential project artefacts such as meeting minutes, presentations, integration schedules and other documentation.
• Drive Jira adoption initiatives, support users, define KPIs and optimise the platform’s usage.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Project Management Office or Project Management role.
• Strong communication skills in English and French (B2 level) for interaction with international stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude, high attention to detail and ability to identify, communicate and escalate risks.
• Alignment with corporate values of integrity, ethics, customer focus and teamwork.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Jira and the broader Atlassian tool suite.
• Knowledge of Atlassian architecture, integration possibilities and ability to produce technical‑functional documentation.
