PMO – French Speaker (Hybrid, Lisbon)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English PMO to support our Lisbon Business Unit. The role combines project administration, data reporting and event coordination, working in a hybrid setting.

Key responsibilities

• Support Resource Managers in preparing CESO materials, presentations and data.
• Extract files for Power BI reporting and update reference documents such as Smartsheet.
• Prepare onboarding documentation for new joiners and manage uploads to Kiteworks.
• Assist billing processes and organise visitor logistics (badges, meeting rooms).
• Automate operational and administrative processes and maintain Power BI dashboards.
• Update the project organisational chart and support Welcome Day sessions.
• Coordinate BU events, seminars and performance surveys, maintaining the skill matrix.

Required profile

• Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence) and workflow configuration.
• Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, data manipulation, reconciliation).
• Proficiency in Power BI for building dashboards and visualisations.
• Strong PowerPoint abilities for executive‑level presentations.
• Experience supporting operational teams through data management and reporting.
• Excellent organisational, multitasking and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Effective communication with RM, HR, Finance and Business Units.
• Fluent in French and English (mandatory).
