PMO Budget Analyst – Project Finance & Reporting

About the role

We are looking for a proactive PMO Budget Analyst to ensure financial visibility and cost control across multiple projects. The role combines project finance oversight with reporting and dashboard creation to support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor project and headcount budgets, tracking hardware and software expenditures.
• Prepare budget approvals and produce monthly financial reports for stakeholders.
• Support month‑end closing activities, including accruals, pre‑payments, cost analysis and KPI reporting.
• Build and maintain dashboards, trend analyses and executive reports.
• Collaborate with project managers, delivery leads and external suppliers to monitor performance and budget execution.
• Coordinate governance processes across multiple initiatives and contribute to PMO reporting standards.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in a PMO, Project Control or IT Financial Management role.
• Strong understanding of budget planning, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Good knowledge of project governance and portfolio management.
• Excellent analytical abilities and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional proficiency in English; French is a plus.
