Platform Engineer / DevOps Engineer

About the role

Inetum is seeking an experienced Platform Engineer with a strong DevOps mindset to join its global IT services team. You will work on modern cloud-native platforms, ensuring reliability, automation, and continuous delivery for both business applications and infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimise CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for applications and infrastructure-as-code.
• Maintain and improve the operational integrity of production and development environments on AWS and Azure.
• Develop Bash and Python scripts to automate processes and increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with development, operations and project teams to guarantee platform stability.
• Manage containerised workloads with Docker and Kubernetes, applying GitOps and observability best practices.
• Document work and track progress using Jira and Confluence.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in platform engineering or DevOps.
• Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions) are a plus.
