Physical Therapist – Clinic Director

About the role

Lead an outpatient orthopaedic physical therapy team while providing direct patient care. This role combines clinical expertise with leadership responsibilities to drive high‑performing clinic culture and excellent patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff.
• Foster a patient‑centered environment with high standards for clinical care.
• Provide direct patient care using individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans.
• Oversee clinic operations, including patient experience, clinical performance, and scheduling.
• Build and nurture relationships with local referral sources and community partners.
• Partner with regional leadership to meet clinic goals and support overall growth.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active state Physical Therapist license (or eligible).
• Leadership experience preferred with a passion for developing others.

Required skills

• Evidence‑based physical therapy treatment planning.
• Team mentorship and performance management.
• Clinic operations and scheduling oversight.
