Performance Manager – Global Supply Chain

About the role

The Performance Manager, Global Supply Chain partners with the Chief Manufacturing & Procurement Officer and the Director of Business Performance to drive efficiency, support growth and foster a high‑performance culture across the worldwide supply chain function.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and analyse monthly Global Supply Chain management information, ensuring timely reporting of risks and opportunities.
• Own the annual budgeting, forecasting and planning processes, challenging assumptions and improving forecast accuracy through scenario planning.
• Define long‑term financial targets and KPIs for manufacturing and supply chain, tracking performance against strategic objectives.
• Develop and enhance financial and operational performance indicators, identifying key drivers of profitability and efficiency.
• Lead cost analysis of raw materials, freight, duties and manufacturing costs to support margin improvement.
• Evaluate capital investment projects with accurate financial modelling aligned to value‑creation goals.
• Provide finance support for the SIOP process, translating operational changes into financial impact.
• Drive global inventory performance, identifying opportunities to unlock value and reduce slow‑moving or obsolete stock.
• Support continuous improvement of performance‑management processes through data‑driven approaches.
• Build analytical capabilities within the team and strengthen decision‑making frameworks across the organization.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in finance and supply‑chain performance management.
• Proven ability to lead budgeting, forecasting and KPI definition for large, global operations.
• Experience in cost analysis, capital investment evaluation and inventory optimisation.
• Excellent communication skills to convey insights to senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to foster a data‑driven culture and support continuous improvement initiatives.
