People & Organization Trainee – HR Internship

About the role

Join Siemens Mobility as a People & Organization Trainee and gain hands‑on experience across the full spectrum of HR activities. You will support the team in talent acquisition, onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, and employer branding while developing a solid foundation in modern HR practices.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Support administrative tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
• Create and maintain talent pipelines using the ATS system.
• Search for and engage potential candidates on professional networks and social media.
• Participate in onboarding sessions, providing new hires with essential information.
• Prepare HR documentation, reports, and assist with employer branding initiatives.
• Contribute to employee engagement, university relations, and other People & Organization projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Strong organizational skills and an agile, goal‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
