People Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented People Operations Coordinator to support our People team in a hybrid role, ensuring a seamless employee experience for over 700 staff across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, off‑boarding, contract issuance and amendments.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the HR system.
• Prepare and send employment agreements and change letters.
• Maintain and improve operational documentation such as policies and SOPs.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee queries on policies, benefits, leave, etc.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and collective bargaining agreements, focusing on Portugal.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in People Operations or a similar HR role.
• Professional fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• High degree of integrity, confidentiality and discretion.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Proactive, solution‑focused mindset with willingness to go the extra mile.
