PEGA Decisioning Engineer – Digital Transformation

About the role

PrimeIT is seeking a PEGA Decisioning Engineer to join an international telecommunications project. The role focuses on designing, configuring and supporting PEGA decisioning strategies that power personalized customer experiences across web, app, chatbot, push notifications and telemarketing channels.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain PEGA decisioning strategies for commercial transformation channels.
• Develop and manage digital campaign strategies for multiple channels, including A/B testing and simulation.
• Create HTML scripts, content treatments and UI components within PEGA.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues and perform code reviews.
• Collaborate with business, commercial and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand‑ups, sprint planning and retrospectives.

Required profile

• 2‑3+ years of experience developing PEGA decisioning strategies.
• Strong knowledge of PEGA CVM, Customer Decision Hub or Next Best Action.
• Experience with PEGA case management, process flows and UI components.
• Good understanding of digital channels and campaign execution.
• Ability to work autonomously, solve problems and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
