Parking Maintenance Attendant

About the role

The Parking Maintenance Attendant ensures the parking ramp and surrounding areas at La Concha Resort remain clean, safe, and well‑marked for guests. This onsite position supports the resort’s commitment to a high‑quality guest experience through diligent upkeep of the parking facility.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks from the maintenance checklist, including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and window wiping throughout the ramp.
• Use hand and power tools to install, repair, or remove signage as needed.
• Mark, paint, and stripe parking spaces and directional lines according to blueprints or sketches.
• Place or replace concrete bumper blocks and paint curbs, poles, equipment, and lane markings.
• Empty trash cans, collect debris from entrances, exits, stairs, and the ramp, and dispose of waste properly.

Required profile

• Physically fit with ability to bend, stoop, lift, and work outdoors.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Self‑starting attitude and reliable attendance.
• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic hand tools.
• Experience using power tools.
• Ability to apply paint and markings accurately.
