About the role

Allied Universal is seeking a bilingual Certified Paramedic to join its pharmaceutical security team. You will be part of a pre‑hospital emergency medical unit, providing rapid medical assistance and protecting clients across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Administer first aid and emergency medical care to sick or injured individuals and coordinate transport to medical facilities.
• Deliver customer service by applying site‑specific security procedures and emergency response protocols.
• Respond to dispatcher‑initiated emergency calls, providing medical assistance in accordance with EMT standards.
• Assess the nature and severity of illnesses and injuries.
• Document all medical incidents, accidents, and emergencies, including a daily activity log and incident reports.
• Prioritize and determine appropriate first‑aid or emergency procedures, requesting additional rescue or utility support when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols within facilities and perimeter areas, adapting to varying site conditions.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 21 for unarmed positions.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or at least five years of verifiable experience.
• State‑certified EMT license (Basic, Intermediate, or Paramedic) and current CPR certification for health‑care providers or professional rescuers.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and controlled‑substance testing as required by law.
