Packaging Coordinator – Europe

About the role

The Packaging Coordinator ensures smooth, efficient, and compliant packaging operations across Europe. Acting as the central hub between internal teams, suppliers, and external warehouses (3PLs), you will align planning, execution, and inventory control to support the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor packaging activities at external warehouses and logistics partners.
• Plan and align packaging requirements across multiple locations.
• Serve as the primary contact for packaging matters with 3PLs.
• Manage packaging inventory in DAX and reconcile purchase orders.
• Support invoicing, claim resolution, and supplier performance tracking.
• Control packaging waste and ensure compliance with BRC and other standards.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or related fields.
• Proven ability to coordinate operations with external partners.
• Structured, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.

Required skills

• DAX (experience with data management systems).
