Outdoor Operations Coordinator – $75k/year

About the role

Alpha is seeking an Outdoor Operations Coordinator to ensure seamless daily operations at its Austin campus. You will be the engine that keeps learning blocks on schedule, maintains a safe environment, and supports staff and families through efficient facility and technical management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the daily schedule so that 2‑Hour Learning blocks start and end punctually and without distractions.
• Provide first‑line tech support, including device configuration and routine troubleshooting, and coordinate with IT as needed.
• Maintain campus safety and readiness by conducting drills, tracking incidents, overseeing vendors, and ensuring facilities are prepared.
• Communicate with students, families, and staff to resolve issues promptly and document decisions.
• Coordinate campus events, onboarding, inventory, and space usage to keep the site fully operational.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2+ years managing complex operations in education, events, hospitality, or a comparable high‑touch service setting.
• Calm under pressure, proactive thinker, and able to balance competing demands while maintaining precision.

Required skills

• Basic IT troubleshooting.
• Google Workspace administration.
