Outbound Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Outbound Sales Representative to join our Sell My Car team in Porto. You will guide car sellers through the Carwow auction process, ensuring a smooth experience while maximising the chances of a successful sale.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a lead pipeline of potential customers looking to sell their car via our online auction.
• Review car listings for accuracy and work proactively with sellers to correct any issues before auction.
• Provide expert advice, balancing price expectations with market realities.
• Explain the Carwow auction process clearly and handle negotiations and objections.
• Communicate with sellers via phone, email, live chat, and SMS, maintaining accurate interaction records.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to contribute insights and support overall growth.

Required profile

• Experience in a target‑focused environment managing a pipeline independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
• Proactive, customer‑focused attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Comfort using multiple communication channels (phone, email, live chat, SMS).
• Flexibility to work 9 am‑7 pm, Wednesday to Sunday, with hybrid office attendance.
• Enthusiasm for the automotive industry is a plus.
