Organic Growth Manager – Generative Search

About the role

Revolut is seeking an Organic Growth Manager to lead its generative search initiatives. You will shape how the brand appears in AI‑driven discovery experiences, driving visibility, relevance and trust across emerging search platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver the generative search strategy across AI and search platforms to grow brand visibility, relevance, and trust.
• Optimize website content, structured data, and digital assets for visibility in both traditional and AI‑generated search results.
• Manage content distribution across owned channels and relevant third‑party platforms to support organic growth.
• Work cross‑functionally to strengthen search presence and align with product, marketing and engineering teams.
• Measure visibility across AI search and LLM platforms, track downstream performance impact, and use insights to drive optimisation actions.

Required profile

• Proven track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end‑to‑end.
• Ability to break complex problems into smaller, actionable pieces.
• Strong data‑driven mindset with natural curiosity and a desire to make an impact.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
• Nice to have: experience in AI search or answer‑engine optimisation, familiarity with LLM ecosystems and AI tools, experience managing brand reputation and digital presence, knowledge of experimentation platforms and analytics tools.
