Organic Growth Lead – Remote

About the role

AltsAlts Digital is looking for an experienced Organic Growth Lead to own and execute the SEO strategy for its Loans unit. Working remotely, you will turn existing finance‑focused content into high‑performing assets that generate qualified leads and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Research SERPs and prioritize commercial‑intent topics that drive revenue.
• Refresh and expand existing articles with on‑page SEO, intent matching, and technical fixes.
• Maintain content accuracy and performance across four Portuguese credit‑related websites.
• Author content when needed and brief/manage freelancers for scaling.
• Design and run AI‑assisted workflows (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) for content optimization.
• Track and analyse traffic, rankings, CTR and conversion metrics, iterating based on data.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Paid Media, Tech and external PR/outreach partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading organic growth or SEO initiatives for finance or related sectors.
• Hands‑on mindset with the ability to implement recommendations yourself.
• Data‑driven decision making and comfort working with freelancers and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong commercial focus – optimizing for leads and revenue, not just traffic.
