Junior Digital Marketing Specialist – French Speaker (Spotify)

About the role

A multinational company based in Porto is hiring a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist who speaks French. The role helps small and medium businesses create tailored marketing campaigns that increase their online presence, while proactively looking for new clients. It offers the chance to put digital and communication skills into practice and learn about social media and digital marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Contact new and existing customers by telephone and email every day, identifying sales opportunities
• Acquire new advertisers in the small and medium business (SMB) space
• Consult with clients to find the best solution for their business goals and use existing client data to give custom recommendations
• Qualify business to hand over to a team of account managers, with the aim of increasing customer revenue
• Use tools such as MS Excel and Salesforce to research, communicate with and sell to customers

Required profile

• Native or fluent French speaker (C2)
• Good knowledge of English (B2)
• Previous experience in sales or marketing
• Adapts well to a multicultural environment, is goal-oriented and has good time management

Required skills

• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Salesforce and other sales tools
