Order Management Intern

About the role

Join Bose's General Business Services team as an Order Management Intern. You will support sales representatives and channel partners by ensuring smooth order processing and delivery across our global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and manage customer orders accurately in the system.
• Verify product availability and coordinate with supply, demand, and sales teams to achieve on‑time‑in‑full deliveries.
• Communicate order status to customers and address inquiries.
• Work with the shipping department to guarantee timely deliveries.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and resolve order‑related issues, including technical problems with IT teams.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as logistics, supply chain, demand planning, and customer service.
• Identify and suggest process improvements within the customer‑to‑cash workflow.
• Report on order metrics and service levels for designated accounts.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
