About the role

PwC is seeking an Oracle Utilities Senior Associate to help clients leverage Oracle technology for digital transformation across finance, operations, and customer service. The role involves analyzing complex business issues, mentoring junior staff, and delivering high‑quality solutions that drive subscription‑based business models.

Key responsibilities

• Implement Oracle solutions to support clients' digital transformation goals.
• Analyze complex business issues and develop strategic solutions using Oracle Lead to Revenue offerings.
• Collaborate with clients to transition from resource‑intensive to subscription‑based models.
• Utilize Oracle Customer Experience (CX) and Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS) to improve engagement and billing.
• Manage accounts receivable and collections using Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB).
• Leverage Oracle Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) Cloud to streamline sales and marketing.
• Facilitate integration of Oracle Utilities Customer‑to‑Meter (C2M) for better data management.
• Review and validate deliverable quality, mentor junior team members, and build client relationships.

Required profile

• At least a Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
