Operations Trainer

About the role

As an Operations Trainer at TDCX, you will shape the learning journey of our teams by creating, delivering and continuously improving training programs that support our fast‑growing BPO operations. You will work closely with business units to ensure training aligns with strategic goals and enhances employee performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement training policies, procedures and programmes.
• Design and create training modules tailored to individual, departmental and company needs.
• Deliver, assess and refine in‑house training sessions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and recommend improvements.
• Conduct Training Needs Analyses to identify performance gaps and develop targeted solutions.
• Support the Quality Management System by maintaining and improving training documentation.
• Perform any additional duties related to training and quality as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, Post‑Graduate or Professional degree in any field.
• 2 years of relevant experience preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in curriculum development and course material review.
• Familiarity with both traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Competence in e‑content creation and instructional design.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to deliver training effectively.
• Fluent in English and the language of the supporting market.
