Uber’s Operations teams connect cutting‑edge technology with real‑world mobility. As the Operations Manager for Portugal, you will translate strategic growth plans into concrete actions, driving network expansion, marketplace reliability, and product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Lead supply‑growth initiatives, partnering with local fleets to increase driver adoption and coverage.
• Identify and resolve marketplace bottlenecks such as dispatch inefficiencies and low acceptance rates.
• Manage end‑to‑end launches of new product features, representing Portugal’s operational perspective in global discussions.
• Monitor business metrics, conduct deep‑dive analyses, and turn insights into proactive solutions.
• Define, prioritize, and own projects from concept through implementation, ensuring increased trip volume and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Safety, Marketing, Legal, Business Development, Policy, and HQ stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience solving complex business problems (e.g., consulting, finance, tech, operations).
• Full professional fluency in English and Portuguese.
• Data‑driven decision‑making mindset with strong business judgment.
• Self‑starter who can mobilise teams, adapt quickly, and manage multiple projects in parallel.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management skills.
